Mathematics Day is celebrated in the honor of the great Mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. This is a one of a kind event to provide a platform to all the young and bright minds to discover how interesting Mathematics can be and at the same time reward the winners of the various competitions held during the event. This program also strives to motivate the students to become the future Mathematicians of this Nation.

- IIT GANDHINAGAR MATHEMATICS OLYMPIAD. (QUIZ EVENT for students in age group 14 to 20 years, for more details see: Syllabus)
- MOVIE on Mathematics.
- Talk on Mathematics by Professor Krishnaswami Alladi.
- Interactive and Engaging Mathematics Session including Puzzles, Practical applications,etc.
- Announcement of Results and Distribution of Participation Certificates to all participants and Prizes to all winners of the Quiz event.

8:10 am – Reporting Time
8: 10 to 8:45 am – Registration and Breakfast
9 AM – 10:15 AM: Mathematics Quiz Competition (300 Auditorium)
10:15 AM – 11 AM: Inaugural Ceremony (6 00 Auditorium)
11 AM – 12 Noon: talk by Prof. Alladi
12 Noon – 1 PM: Lunch Break
1 PM – 3:15 PM: Screening of the movie
3:15 PM – 4:15 PM: Interactive Session
4:15 PM – 4:45 PM: Tea Break
4:45 PM – 5:15 PM: Prize distribution
